Ad Specifications:
Advertisers must provide a banner ad graphic. The graphic must be in a GIF or JPEG format either 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high (15k file size). Or, 128 pixels wide x 90 pixels high (10k file size) banner ads.
Terms and Conditions
All advertisements are subject to approval by BOE Network Enterprises.
BOE Network Enterprises agrees to provide inclusion of the advertiser banner ad on The best of Ecuador.com banner random program, in an equal share to the fee paid. The banner will include a hyperlink to the advertiser's web site.
All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of such advertisement and that the submitting advertiser will indemnify and hold BOE Network Enterprises harmless for any suits and costs arising from the publication of such advertisement, including suits for libel, violation of privacy rights, plagiarism and copyright infringement.
Advertiser represents and warrants its ownership of and right to use the information in the provided advertisement and that these graphics were neither produced by nor reproduced from any other advertising company.
BOE Network Enterprises will not be liable for any delays in delivery and/or non-delivery due to acts of God, action by any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, network difficulties or other acts beyond the control of BOE Network Enterprises.
BOE Network will make every attempt to serve customers banners using The best of Ecuador.com random system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there will be times when the Internet is congested, communication lines are cut, natural disasters will occur, employees will strike, and other unexpected problems will arise. BOE Network will make every effort to restore customers service in a timely fashion.
By joining The best of Ecuador.com random banner system you agree to purchase banner ad impressions "in advance" and there will be no refunds if The best of Ecuador.com banner random system is interrupted. If necessary, credits will be applied to a future months service agreement.
By joining The best of Ecuador.com random banner system you agree to hold BOE Network and all its principles, suppliers and technical staff harmless of any damages that may arise from the use of this system.
You also agree to abide by any written rules and/or policies implemented by BOE Network, and understand that BOE Network, has the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
Banner Ads, text ads, classified ads and all other forms of Internet advertising, like other types of advertising, involves risk. It is possible that a given ad will not produce new leads and/or sales. It is also possible that a submitted Ad or other submission could be denied due to your content or subject matter or for other reasons beyond our control. BOE Network therefore makes no guarantees, implied or otherwise, about the success of a given banner ad or text ad published in The best of Ecuador.com. BOE Network will process each and every order in a timely manner. BOE Network will do everything in our power to achieve maximum results with each order to earn your repeat business.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises, or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement may be modified or amended, only by a written instrument signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid or enforceable. |
